DOC Montecucco Sangiovese
COLOUR: transparent ruby red, typical of Sangiovese, bright.
BOUQUET: intense ripe red fruit (cherries, rose hips), violet, with hints of minerals, tobacco, on the whole very fine; balsamic note on the finish and a hint of Mediterranean vegetation.
FLAVOUR: full mouth, the bouquet felt in the nose are also felt in the mouth. Caresses the palate with elegance, tannins in perfect balance with acidity and a long fruity finish. Clean and extraordinary drinkability.
COMBINE WITH: hearty pasta dishes, white and red meats, hard cheeses of medium seasoning.

COLOUR: ruby red with hints of garnet.
BOUQUET: elegant, intense ripe red fruits, violets, mineral notes, tobacco and leather, with a balsamic hint at the end.
FLAVOUR: mouth full of fruit, powerful impact of taste, with tight tannins in balance with good acidity. Lingering fruity tones.

COLOUR: heavy straw yellow.
BOUQUET: Honey, ripe plum, intense with hints of green apple and fresh mint.
FLAVOUR: vigorous palate and moderate sweetness, savoury finish. Simple, linear, pleasant.
COMBINE WITH: goat cheese, blue cheese, pastries made with almonds or nuts in general.
